§ I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the 94803 Cleanup Day September 23, 2023, at my own risk. If I am a parent, I assume responsibility for my own minor offspring. I hereby release the event’s sponsors and associates of liability, which includes all associated liability waivers, damage waivers or procedural waivers.

Date TBA / 1-2PM: El Sobrante Heroes Adopt a Road volunteers, trained by CalTrans, clean up SP Dam Rd at I-80. Date TBA. Be a Hero, contact Ramon. Contact Mike Jevicky to adopt your own roadway.
Date TBA, 6:30 PM ESMAC Cleanup and Beautification Subcommittee Meets at the Library, 4191 Appian Way, El Sobrante. Also via zoom.
Apr 9, 2025 / 7 PM: ESMAC meeting. El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council meets to discuss issues affecting 94803 Zip code area with offices of County Sup. John Gioia, Sheriff, CHP and Richmond PD and Fire. Bring your concerns or just listen in. In person at ES Library, 4191 Appian Wy. For agenda or zoom link, send email.
April 19, 2025 / 9:30 - noon: 94803 Earth Day event on will feature a community appreciation event at the Library, in conjunction with our regular Third Saturday event. This is one of our two big events of the year, so please recruit and bring some friends.
May 17, 2025 / 9:30 AM-noon: Third Saturday watershed cleanup. Join SPAWNERS in weeding, pruning, planting and trash removal in San Pablo Creek watershed. Bring sturdy shoes and water for the morning. Tools, light snacks provided, meet at Wilkie Creek restoration site by 4805 Sta Rita Rd, Richmond.
May 17, 2025 / 10 AM-noon: Third Saturday litter cleanup. Volunteers target trashy 94803 locations and fan out in teams. Meet at Library parking lot, 4191 Appian Wy, return equipment by noon. Or, pick your own spot and pickup at your own schedule.
June 21, 2025 / 10 AM-noon: Third Saturday litter cleanup. Volunteers target trashy 94803 locations and fan out in teams. Meet at Library parking lot, 4191 Appian Wy, return equipment by noon. Or, pick your own spot and pickup at your own schedule.
Sep 20, 2025 / 9:30 AM: Coastal Cleanup Day 9:30 - noon, in conjunction with our regular Third Saturday event and cleanup events on both sides of the USA. We will not host a volunteer appreciation event this year because we have the El Sobrante Stroll the week before and El Sobrate Gay Pride Day the next day, Sep 22. We will provide equipment, water, and some light snacks but no program.
